The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the attractions. It is also fairly near to the railway station, which is great for travelers. Being situated in a quiet residential area ensures a peaceful stay.
The bathroom blinds were broken, which compromised privacy and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Poorly located in a street the city maintenance services forgot, hotel Alessandria charges outrageous prices but is barely worth its three stars rating. Avoid at all costs, which would be less expensive than staying there anyway.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. the rooms were kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location, as it was situated just a few minutes' walk from both the city center and train station.
No hot drink facilities, outdated decor. the rooms were starting to look a little dated and could benefit from some modernization.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, just a few minutes' walk from both the train station and the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were equipped with brand new furniture, including a modern and stylish bathroom. The breakfast, served by a waitress, was delicious and filling, although she forgot to offer me a second cup of coffee.
All was great, no complaints at all.

The hotel was conveniently located, being fairly near to the railway station and not far from the center of the city. The staff were young, friendly, and extremely helpful. The rooms and bedding were immaculately clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
There was nothing I didn't like.
